AM I GOY and the Goy Detector are parody and entertainment products. Quiz results, percentages, certifications, badges, titles, and related statements are fictional and are not factual determinations regarding religion, ethnicity, ancestry, nationality, or identity.

Terms such as “Certified Goy,” “Goy Score,” “Goy Detector,” “Goy Verification,” and similar terminology are used solely for comedic and entertainment purposes.

The quiz asks humorous questions about food, words and cultural references. It does not ask for, collect, verify, or determine your religion, ethnicity, ancestry, nationality or any other protected characteristic, and no result should be presented or understood as doing so.

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information.

Products are novelty apparel and accessories. Product images are representative; colours and print placement may vary slightly between items and screens.

Any “Goy Score,” “Goy Price,” “Goy Tax” or similar on-site joke is a visual gag only. The actual price charged at checkout, and all purchasing terms, are the same for every customer. Prices are never varied based on quiz results, religion, perceived religion, ethnicity, ancestry, nationality or any other protected characteristic.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice before an order is placed.

We may refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, an error in pricing or description occurs, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it.

Payment is processed by third-party payment processors at the time of order. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Products are subject to availability and production capacity and may be discontinued or substituted where necessary, with notice to you.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Site content, designs, artwork, logos and text are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of the business operating this site, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
