Orders are reviewed and sent to production within 1–2 business days of payment.

Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

Domestic delivery is typically 3–8 business days after production. International delivery is typically 10–20 business days after production.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on production, carrier delays, destination, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your order, and are shown before you pay.

Where tracking is available, a tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Tracking can take a short while to update after the label is created.

We may ship internationally where our fulfilment partners support the destination. Availability and transit times vary by country.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add delays we cannot control.

Please check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a reshipping fee.

If a package appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can open an enquiry with the carrier and fulfilment provider.
